Louise Astbury

Photographer based in North west, UK.

Always loved making photographs, since I was a little kid. I can remember being absolutely fascinated by the polaroid camera we had as a tiny kid. It was like magic. Watching the image emerge slowly right before your eyes. I studied General Art and Design, also Surface Pattern Design. Nothing quite hit the spot for me like photography did. So I went back to college again after becoming a single parent and got myself a degree.

Graduated July 2012 with a foundation degree in contemporary photography from Mid Cheshire College, accredited by the University of Chester.
